1.Greek Salad Scewers
A great party food idea: fresh, full of vitamins, vegetarian friendly (if there are some of those among your friends).
Ingredients: cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, olives
2.Roasted bread with rosemary
Well, this is not gonna be a hit snack to go with beer during your party. It is more about trying new herbs and flavors and making something exquisite even if it takes only 10 minutes.
Ingredients: fresh bread, olive olive, a couple of rosemary branches, sea salt & black pepper
3.Cold corn and shrimp soup
Cold or chilled summer soups are my favorite as long as they are easy to cook. And trust me, this one is. You will need to mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve the dish cold with a medium or big shrimp in the middle.
Ingredients: corn, yoghurt, shrimp, milk, salt, coriander, tomatoes, avocados
Does not get more simple than this: chopped up fresh veggies and a little bowl of the garlic sauce. Ready to watch your favorite TV show.

5.Parsley & Lemon Popcorn
What`s wrong with the regular popcorn? I honestly do not know. But give it a try: squeeze some lemon on your popcorn and enjoy a new flavor.

6.Banana Berry smoothie
Simply blend a small banana, blueberries and strawberries to make this delicious smoothie. Add a little pineapple juice, a couple of ice cubes and enjoy.
